Deepdale Gardens co-op, located in Little Neck, NY was built in the early 1950’s as the largest Federally sponsored housing for World War II veterans.

In 1994, Deepdale Gardens Corp. paid off their mortgage resulting in tremendous tremendous its shareholders.
